Maintenance Plans
You have a sizeable investment in your heating and air conditioning system. You can protect that investment by making certain it stays in perfect operating condition, and that requires preventative maintenance from an experienced heating and air conditioning company in Towson, MD. As a Pipco Air Conditioning & Heating maintenance customer, you are given priority service and have the added assurance that Pipco will maintain your equipment to operate at peak efficiency and prolong equipment life. Diagnostic fees are credited against your first maintenance plan.
PIPCO WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
- Check complete operation of system
- Check all safety controls
- Check all electrical connections
- Check fan blades and blower wheels
- Check motors and lubricate if required
- Inspect and clean coils when necessary
- Check and clean condensate drain
- Check refrigerant charge and proper operating pressures
- Clean and adjust pilots and burners
- Check inspect furnace venting
- Change air filter (filter supplied by homeowner)
PIPCO TO PROVIDE ALL LABOR AS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN PROPER OPERATION OF YOUR SYSTEM.
ALL POLICIES EXCLUDE PARTS EXCEPT: CONTACTORS, CAPACITORS, IGNITER, FLAME SENSORS, RELAYS, AND ELECTRIC HEAT SEQUENCERS.
PARTS NOT COVERED UNDER A MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY WILL BE DISCOUNTED 20% OFF RETAIL PRICE.
Plan A
Air conditioner and gas furnace
- 1 Inspection per year
- 2 Inspections per year
Plan B
Heat pump
- 1 Inspection per year
- 2 Inspections per year
Plan C
Air conditioner only system
- 1 Inspection (May 15 – October 15)
Plan D
Gas furnace only
- 1 Inspection (October 1 – April 30)
Options:
- Humidifier
- Electronic Air Cleaner
- Pipco will provide cleaning and checking of items at time of inspection
Items Excluded from The Agreements
- Refrigerant of any kind
- Air filters, humidifier pads, and uv lights
- Bge peak rewards thermostats and smart switches
- Relocating thermostats or equipment
